Accession of Cambodia and Lao PDR into ASEAN and WTO [Report - June 2006]
	This research examines several propositions. First, that there is no contradiction between the objectives of ASEAN and the WTO. Second, that there is no contradiction between human rights law and international trade law per se. Third, that LDCs should not hesitate to deviate from their schedules of commitments when there are harmful impacts on the right to health, due to its fundamental importance.
